The 666 lead-free nickel-free white Cu-Sn alloy plating process will give you silvery and bright layer, with 40-50% copper, 35-45% tin and 5-10% zinc. The additives of this process don’t have other metals except potassium and sodium. They are made of degradable surfactants. Therefore, it is possible to get a lead-free and innoxious plating layer. This process works at higher and wide temperature, has a higher current efficiency and faster deposit efficiency. Therefore, it can reduce 25% CO2 emission. It can be mainly applied in nickel-free decorative plating to avoid nickel allergy, especially for various components which closely contact with human skin, including jewelry, garment accessories, children’s toys, tableware, personal electronic products etc.

The Process features:

1. We fully use food grade raw materials, special organic substances and surfactants, absolutely without lead and toxic..
