This product is made from organic macromolecule resins, filler and emulsifier; featured by environmental, non toxic and can be biodegraded, to satisfy with the EU standard.

Feature:

Miscible with water at any proportion; not contain any inflammable and volatile organic solvents like Acetone and dimethyl benzene. Not any smell remains after sealing.Save operation environmental since it is nonflammable, no smell, no special requirement for place and license.Air-dry or 70°C stoving types for choice.Not apparent greasy feeling and can keep the layer of the work pieces sheen.Neutral salt mist resistance and hand sweat proof, better anti-tarnishing ability than the common lacquer which is diluted by thinner (banana oil).

Using

Prepare for the tank:         506A/B Water Based Lacquer         

                         Pure Water

Process:

Electroplating work pieces→ water clean→ stoving → dip or spray 506 A (Stoving type) →dewatering by the centrifuge→ stoving over 70°C→ packing

Electroplating work pieces→ water clean→ stoving → dip or spray 506 B (Air-dry) →dewatering by the centrifuge→ air-dry → packing

Attention Items:

Pure water is suggested.If laid aside, it had better covered by lid or pack into drum to avoid the lacquer solidified.if it has colorful effect after using for a period of time, please supplement with the lacquer.Working temperature should not below 8°C.Storage and transport temperature should not below 0 °C.
